NN Service France provides digital law consulting (Droit Numérique), Legal Tech solutions, software development, digital strategy consulting, and booking facilitation services for tourists and professionals. We are NOT a travel agency. We provide only booking assistance services.
3. Booking Services
NN Service France acts solely as a booking facilitator. We assist clients by making reservations on their behalf through digital platforms. Each service (hotel, taxi, museum, event, etc.) is provided directly by third-party providers who remain fully responsible for service execution. A fixed booking service fee of 20€ is charged per reservation.
4. Booking Fee
The booking service fee of 20€ covers: reservation processing, digital handling and confirmation, and administrative and technical service. This fee is non-refundable once the booking process has begun.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting services. Users must ensure they have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
NN Service France is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or third-party services booked through our platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NN Service France and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
